Food?
I got an aha moment that Focus issue might be caused by the diet... I mean it is obvious isn't it, but is it really??? Subhanallah how could something that is so glaringly obvious that you never think of.... Are there other things that are obvious that we are missing ?

Less is more...
Ruthless prioritization, obviously can't do everything all at once every day for every single week especially when you've got responsibilities and other things to maintain. This causes spiraling overburden and fatigue, so have themes for each day and have priorities for each aspect of growth for that single day. We don't have to do everything everyday but as long as we are moving towards the goal in general collectively during the week, it's the same thing.
My GOAL is to FAIL
We have been conditioned to fear failure, we don't want to see it nor hear about it. It is the monster that will kill you. Is it tho ? I think failure's meaning should be changed, it should mean heedlessness or stagnation. Failure can be the our greatest asset and best teacher. There are two types of failure according to me.... 1- failing, not knowing why, feeling shame and regret and dwelling on it. it is aware-less failure or heedless failure. This is dangerous, ugly and just sad going through terrible emotions, kicking your self down and power up the self limiting belief. 2- Failing, but with intention. With the right mindset. You fail, you acknowledge, you analyze with awareness, use that is a lesson that you could not have gotten otherwise, pat yourself on the back, then get up and execute. see the difference between the two, one is plain beating your self down and not knowing why, but the other you treat failure as lesson. you tap into the awareness you have to harness fruit out of it. the above is me free styling, now here is mohammed's wisdom Treat failure as shortcut to success Procrastination stems deep down from fear of failure, and we fear it because we do not have the right mindset. We were conditioned to think like this so we need to recondition our brains to think of failure productively Failure -> Feedback -> Knowledge -> Power Fail fast and execute faster. Redefine failure as experiment and not identity. ask the right question after failure like, what did this teach me ?
Your circle
Your environment of people around you is foundational, this is the one that if you had issues with mindset, habits, ibadaa and clarity, it will fix it inshallah. make sure your friends are people that you want to be like (as you will) having people on same mission/direction is like magnet that pulls you in your down times. do you have someone that you can share your goals to ? do you hesitate ? this should tell you enough. friends are not always judged by time. There are ones that when they see you change for the better, they do so too and help you. Others add more friction and start guilt tripping you, be aware, keep a distance from the second one. This is a message for me, try to be yourself more and have less weight of what people think lasting: how to meet up people. Go to event, attend halaqa in local mosques do that people you want to meet do. And know that not meeting the right people has a great cost. After you meet them, What makes them become your freind ? you need to be the person you want to meet. if you want to meed people on their deen, you should too etc.
