Quick question for $100K+ founders:

For me it would be procurement and equipment hire. I would need a framework that covers existing suppliers and also new suppliers. construction projects are so vast and complex, sometimes we may need equipment and tools that are not even manufactured yet. On the current project for example we had 2 manufacturing orders. An ideal system would involve research, validation steps, database systems, communication systems, etc. p.s. and it would also have to possess technical knowledge, advanced AI models are starting to become really useful with that

@Julian Goldie actually I will try to brainstorm real business applications with our colleagues here, applicable to construction industry. With a focus on the health and safety part. And curious to see how others are applying AI into their businesses, especially the non-standard ones. Our industry is more focused on technical expertise and specific tasks, the regular leads systems, social media, SEO, donโt really apply. What may work however is building everything with E-E-A-T in mind, which I know you cover very well.
