How’s everyone doing?! This was a heavy week for many of us. What are you doing to recalibrate?

Thanks fir asking! Last week was pretty heavy. I was certainly feeling it and felt more intentional when doing my daily meditation and Reiki before bed. I always clear myself of any energy attachments that accumulated over the day and reconnect to Source, but had to be extra intentional these past few days even though I was exhausted.

I feel like my whole life has been a mystical experience. I just started the 5D initiation today and like you I came from an atheist family and was always questioned for feeling like there has always been something more and so with that every new experience, every book, every mentor, every synchronicity I’ve come across has challenged and opened my understanding that every experience is something mystical.
