After about 7 mths of integrating Qigong in my life I wish I'd found it sooner.  Each week there's the chance to join x3 lives where you get to practise/play with the group which feels amazing..then there's the whole library to work at your own pace and chat with other members all around the world 🌎 
Then there's Sam, whose the most positive intuitive teacher I've met.  He is brilliant at guiding these lives, answering questions and honing  exercises for each session for the group.
