Ive noticed when putting orders through on Printshrimp the gloss paper isnt coming up as an option anymore ? Is this a long term thing as i will change my description on my listing's:)

Hi everyone! I started designing posters around May after discovering Print Shrimp, and decided to focus on travel prints. I’ve made about 1,000 posters, and so far I’ve only uploaded 10 designs to my Etsy shop (just recently today). I’d really appreciate any feedback on how I can improve before adding the rest. Im currently still using Place it! But seems really slow ! Can anyone advise of any better mockup generators ?

Ive had a customer message me to tell me his poster has arrived in a damged tube and unfortunately has damaged the poster. He wants the poster replacing what do i do in this situation?

Has anyone else had a problem with Place it being really slow downloading ?
