Hi everyone, I joined two days ago and today is my day 1 of doing the Identity Shift Challenge up on this community. Before I get to the updates, I would like to put in a quick overview of where I am today, and where I want to be, so I can hold myself accountable and not fall off. I quit my job a few months ago to pursue social media but the pressure of getting things right always led me to procrastinate and just not do it well. I slowed down. I know I am capable of doing it, and doing it WELL, but I feel like I have certain misalignments in my mindset and my life that I must put into place because they really are hindering with my professional life and finances. I have 4 months (a deadline set by my family) to get things stabilised for myself, or I have to move back to my hometown and go down the "safe" 9-5 path while living in my parents' home, and I reaaalllyyy don't want to do that! On day 1, I will be filling my identity shift sheet and understanding myself a little bit more, and we'll see how it goes from there. I will keep the community updated!
