I just reach 10K subs and my first two video got this very low RPM, do you know why ?

Hi I use a account that already have 6100 subs and where i posted video of twitch clips that made 100k views even 2 videos with more than 1 million views. Now i try some AI video but my views don't go over 1000. Am I doing something wrong ? I haven't the 10K sub on Tiktok yet. So I upload 20 sec video instead of 1 min. Is it a good idea or not ?
