We Move With Intention Now!
We’re no longer building momentum… we’re protecting it. We are officially 50 women in this space, and that means something. This is not a group you scroll through. This is a space you contribute to. Because in May, we go deeper. We go live. We train together. We start applying everything we’ve been talking about. So this week is about tightening up. No more guessing. No more “I’ll figure it out later.” You either have a plan… or you’re choosing to stay the same. Before today ends, I want you to get clear on: 1. How many days you are committing to train 2. What your body focus is this week (fat loss, strength, toning, discipline) 3. ONE habit you are locking in daily (water, steps, protein, sleep, etc.) And this time… don’t just post it. Execute it. Because the difference between where you are now and where you say you want to be… is in what you do consistently this week. In this circle, we don’t wait for motivation. We lead ourselves. And we help the woman next to us do the same. Drop your plan below, and don’t just post and leave. If you see another woman’s comment: ✔️ Acknowledge her ✔️ Encourage her ✔️ Hold her to it This is how we build real accountability. This is how we separate from every other space online. We’re not here to watch each other… We’re here to grow. Let’s lock in.

@Courtnie BMayo I lost my Apple Watch but it’s still tracking my movements from my cell phone.
Weekend Check-In
Quick check-in. What did you train today? Or are you taking an active rest day? Either way… be intentional. Weekends are where most people fall off. They lose structure, fall into old habits, and reset all over again on Monday. We don’t move like that. If you’re resting, make it make sense. If you’re training, show up with purpose. Drop what you did today below 👇🏾🧐 Let’s keep the momentum going.

@Tia Robertson I’m going to do it today. I will let you know how I make out

@Tia Robertson I planned my entire day out yesterday and had it on the list of things to do but I didn’t set a time next to it like I did for the other things so it did not get done. Now I know that writing it and planning it is good but I have to write a specific time to it. Adding that little details helps with accountability because all of the other things in the list that had a time next to it got done. So the something good is that I learned a better strategy for next time. When I get home from work I will write a time tonight to do something or everything you recommended
You Don’t Need a Perfect Life to Get Results
Let’s clear something up… You do not need a perfect schedule to stay consistent. You need discipline within your real life. Busy day? You still had time to move your body. Eating out? You still had better choices available. Tired? You still could have done something. This is where most people lose. They wait for the perfect time, the perfect schedule, the perfect motivation… And it never comes. My clients learn how to execute no matter what their day looks like. Because real results come from adapting, not avoiding. So be honest… What’s the one thing that usually throws you off during the week? Let’s fix it.

@Tia Robertson thank you for this.
Midweek Weight Check + Discipline Audit
Midweek check-in. This is where we tell the truth… not what we intended to do, but what we actually did. Go step on the scale this morning. Log your number. Now ask yourself: Did you actually follow your plan this week? Do you have a plan? • Did you hit your workouts • Did you stay aligned with your nutrition • Did you keep your word to yourself Because the scale is just feedback… your habits are the real result. Some of you are going to see movement. Some of you won’t. But either way, this tells you exactly where you stand. We don’t avoid the data… we use it. Drop a ✅ if you’re locked in Or be real about where you need to tighten up. That’s how you build discipline.

Mine was mindful eating: I’m a teacher and I’m on spring break so my eating has been less disciplined than when I’m working. So I got a little relaxed from being on break. My other goal/desire was to walk. I found a walking partner I just have to come up with a schedule for us to walk. As far as my other desire for weight training, I’m undecided because I don’t want to spend money on gym membership. I did that many times in past and wasted money as a result. I plan to be a part of the Sunday session that you posted about. This is about as far as I’ve gotten.
Mastery Sunday Reset is Coming ⭕️
Starting in May, I’m going LIVE every Sunday for a quick, effective workout (under 30 minutes) + real coaching. This is your chance to tap into structure, discipline, and consistency… without overthinking it. But I’m building this FOR you, so I need your input. What kind of workouts do you want on Sundays? (Vote below 👇🏾) A. Bodyweight only (no equipment, just you) B. Resistance bands (simple, controlled, effective) C. Dumbbells (light weights 10–15 lbs) Don’t just scroll past this… vote so I know what to deliver. And be honest with yourself: Are you showing up on Sundays or not? If you’re ready to start becoming more consistent, drop “I’m in” in the comments. We’re not doing random anymore. We’re building discipline, structure, and real results.

Depends on what time Sunday. Sundays are for church mostly. I would say body weight if I understood more of what it entails. I would say dumbbells once I purchased some
