Just installed the vapi voice ai. I noticed when booking appointments. There is a long pause. Like 40-sec or more and I have to engage again for it to answer. This was testing it in Vapi, perhaps because I didn't have it connected with the calendar yet. @Russ Ward
@Russ Ward Thanks. I got it working. I assume it was the calendar. Just wanted to document me trying it out and sharing it social to start sharing my journey on this AI path.
I don't see it as a realtor offer. I mean it could be used as one but the target audience seems like for real estate investors. The offer doesn't seem good compared to what's out there where there are offers that say you don't pay if no appointments are something. Because what is the goal if the client? What will they be satisfied with? Is it leads? Is it appointments? Is it closed deals? Need to show them what the outcome is more or paint the picture better of that outcome compared to the cost. Right now the offer is just $50 a lead with me having no idea what the lead will amount to? Do I have to go through 50-100 leads to get one deal? That's $2.5 - $5k. I guess the best thing to do next is to test the offer and see who takes you up on it.
Also you can plug the website in this ACQ AI Lite GPT https://chatgpt.com/g/g-68a4af16ec44819181861f608aea1a30-acq-ai-lite-unofficial-inspired-by-alex-hormozi It wasn't created by me but someone from another skool community that released it for free using all of Alex Hormozi playbooks and books.
