Hey Hi Everyone! I am Priyanka Khatter, based out of Delhi. Working for an IT organization and working in WFH model for last 4+ yrs. Even though work from home, I feel work seems to never end - be it work or home - I am struggling. From growth perspective - no change in profile, no promotion, no appraisal worth mentioning since the time I am here. I keep looking and urge to build something in parallel - I can teach, I can cook, I can engage people and kids and have done EMCEE for various events - so yes, I have options. But the fear of stable income pulls me back each time. I am standing at crossroads currently - where one side my heart says - If not now, then when? and other heart says - save money for your kid, act like responsible parent. I really want to get some direction, motivation and vibe to take a call - because I want to grow and also stay happy, above anything else.
