JOURNAL SAT & SUN
Saturday: "What would the happiest and healthiest version of myself look like?" Sunday: "What area of my life takes up most of my calendar? Is this reflective of who I am as a person?" Today's journal is the reason I am going sober in 2026. I fully know that alcohol is the reason that I struggle in the gym, struggle to recover, and struggle to eat well when I go through periods of partying HARD. Also, just tell yourself it's not that hard, and become the person who believes that. Sunday's journal for me, probably similar to most of you, my answer is work. I am happy about that. My career is how I present in the world through my creativity, through my connection to fitness. It's why I invested in this to connect with each of you.

Moving forward, each day I am going to have a daily challenge/motivation/question/reflection to help us on this journey. The best way to keep your body in check is by keeping your mind in check. This is where most people fail. You don't need to COMMENT your answers, although I encourage you to. Just answer for yourself, or send me your answer privately. Let's fucking go.

TUESDAY JOURNAL.
"I want people to describe me as ______________. " Cool? Fit? Fun? Confident? What is the word? My word is confident. I want people to look at me and see a woman who has built a life that she loves. I want them to see security, poise, but all of it held in ease. I have worked so hard to make myself the confident woman that I am today. I have not always been this way. Not rooted in any tremendous issues other than the fact that I always looked up to others, instead of looking up to a future version of myself. I encourage you to do the same. Fall in LOVE with your life. Fall in LOVE with your potential.
