I think I may be underpricing my products
I’ve realized lately that I might be underpricing my products. After Etsy fees, production, shipping, and other costs, the profit left is much lower than I expected. I’m hesitant to raise my prices because I don’t want to lose customers to cheaper competitors. For experienced Etsy sellers, how do you decide the right price while keeping a healthy profit margin? Would love to hear your approach or any tips. 🙏

@Bart Tutaj Haha, that’s a really interesting approach I’ve actually picked up a few ideas from this that I’d love to experiment with myself. Thank you, wishing you the best with the Paris series

Print collection mockup
Hey guys, just started my shop a few days ago. I use the bulk list tool (great tool love it!!) but I was wondering if theres a way to list print collections for example if I wanted to list 3 pints together is there a mock up I can use to show all 3 prints next to each other?

Yes! You can create a bundle listing and use a mockup showing all 3 prints together. Then add individual mockups as the other listing photos.

@Lucy Teasdale I’m not sure about the bulk list tool specifically, but I’d probably create the bundle/mockup separately in Canva and then upload it to the listing. Have you tried checking if PrintShrimp supports adding custom listing images?

So I sent my order to PS last night. Its to the US, I know it might take 1-2 days, but Tom said to complete the order on etsy. But it asks for a dispatch date which I dont know yet 🤔 also is it UPS for USA deliveries? Thankyou guys

I’d wait until PS confirms the dispatch date before completing that part on Etsy, just so you don’t enter the wrong date. The carrier can also depend on the specific order/service. Have you checked the tracking details in PS yet?

What does this mean and what must i do? Needs to go to Ireland.

You can reply: It looks like Etsy has already collected the VAT from the buyer. Since it’s going to Ireland, you’ll need to include Etsy’s IOSS number on the customs/shipping information and declare the order value (€46.58) as shown. The main thing is making sure the IOSS number is passed to the courier correctly so the buyer isn’t charged VAT twice.
