When we integrate higher consciousness our field becomes incongruent with lower frequency movies or games or anything that shows duality dynamics so sometimes we can change our habits to other options like non weaponised music options and ask the cosmic spirit to show and filter out the negativity and many times to channel out the emotion through art like voice toning, painting, writing and journaling instead of pushing and pressurising our body to ground with mechanical spiritual techniques.
