Week 2 Check-In: Building Better Relationships
Take a moment today to check in with where you’re at in the program. What stood out to you this week? Where did you notice growth or tension in your relationships? Share one small reflection in the comments. Honest and simple is perfect. This community grows when we show up and share together.

The word humility stood out for me. I am realizing that when we become prideful in our relationships, it shows who we are truly submitted to. (self) (flesh) (carnality) If we don’t know how to submit to God, we won’t know how to submit to one another in love. Marriage is a perfect example of looking at ourselves in the mirror to see what is being produced from the seeds we have sown. My marriage isn’t where I would like it to be, but with our cooperation (free will) in being open to the Lord’s will and plan for our family it didn’t come to an end and we are still here. Humility is something that I am partnering with Jesus for the sake of my relationships to thrive.
Week 1 Check-In — Love Rooted in Christ
What verse stood out to you most this week? Drop it in the comments (just the reference is fine) and add one sentence on why it hit you. (Optional) Add one line: one action you’ll take in a relationship this week because of it. Example:1 John 4:7–10 — I’ve been trying to get from people what God already gave me. Action: I’m going to stop reacting and choose one intentional act of love with no agenda.

This verse hit me, because anyone can say that they love God whom they’ve never seen, but the evidence shows if we truly love God by loving everyone, not just those who love you in return, but our enemies as well. “If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar; for if we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see? And he has given us this command: Those who love God must also love their fellow believers.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭NLT‬‬ I’m going to choose to go all the way in with God, and not have a personal motive and agenda, and allow Him to love on me, so I can love my enemies.
Welcome! (Start Here)
Welcome to the family! We’re building this space for real connection—where you’re heard, supported, and activated. This isn’t just a social media feed; it’s a place to grow in biblical literacy and step into purpose with the tools and support you need. To get started, please do these two things: 1. Finish the Welcome Module: Go to the Classroom tab and complete the "Welcome / Start Here" module. It’s important to finish those lessons first so you understand the heart and vision of this house. 2. Introduce Yourself: Once you've finished the module, come back to this post and leave a comment introducing yourself! We are expectant for what the Holy Spirit is going to do as we build this foundation together. Educate. Activate. Send.— The Follow Project Team

Hello, my name is Pj Hill. I love making beats from time to time. Jesus has my ministry focused on developing better relationships at home with my wife and 5 children. If I can’t lead my family, how will I lead God’s people someday? What I am looking to get out of this program is to develop a better connection with Jesus, and learn how to apply everything that I learn on a daily basis. I am looking for discipleship, mentorship, and connection with the Follow Project.
