Probably 20 years ago me and my friend started learning it from YouTube videos back when the platform was new. I've dabbled over the years but haven't taking it seriously to say I've been doing it for some time. 💡 What do you want to get out of "Level Up Beatbox"? I would love to get the confidence to start posting videos on whatever platform makes sense for documenting my beatboxing progress. Hi everyone, I’m William aka Miredok 🎤 32 years young. I live just outside Paris, with my wife and son. I discovered bbx through Josef Poolpo in 2009 on Star Academy. I was blown away by his performance and I had never heard anything like that in my life. I subsequently discovered beatboxers like Daichi, or the one that does the Super Mario theme (so good!) I really only picked it up years later, when GBB became a thing so think back in 2018 and that’s when got obsessed with it. And since, the bbx niche has grown into something incredible. I’ve been taking lessons with Andro and Nazca (great teachers) but I also love to complete my learning though other sources as well, through tutorials and this training course (of course!) My dream is to combine classical music and beatboxing (I’m a professional countertenor). I’ve already attempted to do it in my track called « Elegia a Venezia ». But I really want to improve my bbxing skills and meet some fellow enthusiasts. I’m going to this year’s GBB and I just can’t wait. Nice to meet you all ! Esh 🧢 Miredok
