Hi Everyone, I'm late to the party but am gearing up to put my podcast "The Modern Mammal" out there soon-ish. In organizing my tech, I'm wondering about headphones. I see many podcasts, including some here and Kelly's, where the host is not wearing headphones. Do they have small ones tucked behind their hair? I'm curious about not wearing headphones as they are bulky and I tend to wear big earrings. In the Podigy classroom, it seems that headphones are important and suggested. Any thoughts? DeArrow is a browser extension that crowdsources less sensational YouTube title and thumbnails. https://dearrow.ajay.app/ So people replace the existing titles and thumbnails with more useful and honest ones and the people who use the extension get those instead. It's not exactly gonna scale but I think it's fun that this exists. And makes me feel a little less alone in my dislike of playing the YT game.
