What’s up everyone - my name is Phx. I work on growth infrastructure in the alt info space mostly around the full bow tie funnel. Getting attention, capturing attention, converting attention, activating clients, creating client success, and then driving referrals, renewals, and expansion. Most of the work I care about is inside the messy middle of that and the systems, people, processes, follow up, sales flow, fulfillment, and accountability that make the funnel actually work. What I have is a deep understanding of how to turn business chaos into operating infrastructure - especially around sales systems, CRM structure, client activation, team workflows, and fulfillment visibility. What I wan is to get better at delegation, hiring, and accessing higher-quality talent so I can pull myself out of the day to day details and spend more time in my zone of genius. Right now the biggest unlock for me is learning how to build a stronger support layer around me so I’m not constantly trapped in execution, cleanup, and operational management. What is need is anything specific around executive assistants, delegation systems, talent acquisition, operator development, and how other founders have successfully removed themselves from the weeds without quality dropping. I have a lot of depth in individual parts of the business, but I’m working on building the structure that lets me focus on higher-leverage opportunities instead of being the person everything runs through. Read the entire hire book - just need info on how to delegate to them. Happy to contribute where I can, especially around growth systems, sales infrastructure, funnel operations, CRM/process cleanup, and turning messy business processes into something a team can actually run.
