I do apologize for the my lack of effort as I have found myself too far stretched to make this work. Thermoplastic vs Thermoset
Thermoplastic vs Thermoset both have their pros and cons. Why do you think the Thermoplastics never took off like Thermoset coatings have?

@Mario Quiceno true that thermoplastic dont molecular bond to substrate like Thermoset do, they more encapsulate the substrate. Thermoplastic offer nearly the same chemical, UV,and protective properties as Thermosets but unlike Thermosets, thermoplastics can be repaired if damaged. Thermoplastics can be applied the same as Thermosets with electrostatic guns and can also be applied with fluid beds and flame spray equipment where cure time is instant. Was just curious as to why they never gained popularity compared to Thermosets.
Classroom
Have you all been able to see the video in the classroom tab? I dont have a way to see if people are watching it.

Aluminum integrity
Over the years I've heard alot of debate over aluminum wheels such as Alcoa aluminum wheels, found on everything from pickups to semis, can't be powder coated due to the heat causing integrity issues with the wheels. Any truths to this, and can a lower heat cure powder like IFS offers keep it within the threshold?
Billing
For small jobs, they are usually just billed after job is completed. For large jobs, or large jobs for large clients, how should billing be considered. Should there be a deposit, essentially covering materials to be used, or a deposit of a percentage of the total cost of the project be used.
