What consignment split are people doing? Also wondering if you have the owners pay for insurance? Currently I am doing a 50/50 split and only charging for storage. Im considering making some changes.

There are other ways you can get more costs. 50/50 is fair. You should be collecting for storage, split commercial insurance, and charging for in house repairs.
