Hi guys, I've been working on a Meta ads SMMA as a side project for a few months and have one customer paying £500 a month, the retention is good - he's been with me 4 months - but obviously at 500, I'd need 20 clients to make 10k/month. Can anyone speak to how SMMA scales in terms of the best starting price point, how many clients you've been able to manage solo etc. I need a vision for where this can go to keep investing time in it. So far, when I've mentioned 1000pm on calls, people get scared off quickly as generally tradesmen have done no digital marketing before and don't understand that the investment brings outsized returns...

I know literally every agency owner seems to use it, but it seems buggy as hell to me. I've been on with technical support 4 times today and eventually they ran out of ideas. It's only a super basic automation too. Has anyone found a decent alternative?
