We are looking for our first STR.
Hi, My name is Phil Phillips. My wife, Karen, and I own personal property in Montrose, CO, and Boerne, TX. We only learned about the SRT tax loophole a few weeks ago and plan to find and close on a STR property in the next 90 days.
