at what point in the 7 day fast track, can we see how to reach out to investors and see how to raise downpayment capital for some deals. i see some good cash flow deals but outside where i live - for example in Austin or Dallas but they are 4+ units and expensive for double digit downpayment. any experience on this type of apartment complex wins?
