I'm hitting 4 weeks now, with a new long form video coming out this weekend. This will be the longest time for me I think and while it's not ideal, I am OK with it. I've been wrestling with a couple of script outline-y thingy's for this and the next video and been tempted to just roll with an outline I had a couple weeks ago but then changed my mind. I've not yet filmed a video I wasn't 100% onboard with so why start now? And of course been enjoying doing group lives so that always fills my cup. What's your longest time without posting any videos and why? PS. Pinched this wall art idea from seeing this video from Peter McKinnon when he was visiting the Epidemic Sound studios! Update 2: I used the app successfully for my current video. All from the iPhone. Worked well for all the basic stuff. Have to give it 👍🏻 for being intuitive as I didn't use any other tutorials to do it. ----------------------------------------------- Update: So out of curiosity, I went back in and tried to export the video again. It worked and saved to my phone AND successfully uploaded to YouTube!! Excited to use it today or tomorrow for my next video. ----------------------------------------------- Karen, I thought I would report back that I tried Adobe Premiere that you talked to them about as an editor at Vid Summit. I downloaded it on my iPhone and actually edited a video. Probably over 15 or so clips. I loved it. However, it would not export for me. I'm not sure what the problem is. I think it has something to do with it the Mac/iphone platform? So if you find out anything about that, let me know. I really did like it. It was smooth. I've had to default to Filmora, which has been really good and easy for me as well.

I have been feeling out-of-sorts creatively - including my channel - and now I am thrilled to have two lives scheduled for this week, two long form videos (still under 10 minutes!) are scheduled for this week. I have shorts scheduled through Tuesday but tonight I can easily finish for the week there. It feels so good to feel back in my usual rhythm, especially with vlogmas on the horizon! How are YOU doing as we begin a new week?

Well that was fun.. I was in and out doing stuff but great listening and topics. Channel changes, weekly YouTube insight, re-naming channels, the claims to fame, and more that I missed!! Well worth a listen :)

Really liked the latest LIVE! Very nice conversational style. And INTERESTING point about describing the VIBE of our channels or ourselves in one word .... or how bout one gif 🤣
