@Daniel Lind Hi Daniel, this is definitely a very beautiful house. Have you checked on the income numbers? I ran it through a few different sources, including STRIQ, and it has questionable income projections. I only did a quick glance, but wanted to put it out there so you can double check.

@Will Entwistle this looks really interesting. I don't know the market well but there seems to be some demand. I am seeing like $150k-$250k in income based on 14-16 people, but it says its permitted for 30+?!? wow! I see potential but again I don't know the market well enough to see what a price point would be for larger groups like that. Def worth exploring more. I feel like you need to break $200k a year in revenue to make it worth it, which is possible.
