Practicing Lip Control
How do you practice lip control? Do you use the mirror, or do you film yourself? I do both. What are some other tips and techniques that you use?

@April Brucker yes it throws you into a more heightened state than mirror practice which I struggle to get motivated to do. The bonus is that you can keep a close eye on your lips in the screen alongside reading comments and who knows - one might get quite a following :)

@April Brucker well you can give yourself a bit of a break :) at least you in the comfort of your own home and not in a venue, so minimal nerves .
