@Nihil Kaarthikeyan I am currently working on a lead gen and cold outreach automation, for a real estate agency. They want to identify high performing competitors, then target them for recruiting through cold outreach. In Aus we have broadly, with some specifics of challenges they face: Selling/Real Estate Agents - Cold outreach for people wanting to sell their house - Content for Listing Gen - Routing and responses for inbound queries from buyers - Scheduling and co-ordination of open homes, and attendees Buyers Agents ($5k-$50k service to represent buyers) - Generally warmer sales methods - A lot of CRM like functions - Property research and valuation Property Managers (those who manage rental properties for landlords) - Cold outbound for leads - High flow inbound for tenants seeking to rent a property - Routing automations for properties they manage. Often 1 agent manages 200+ properties. So every tenant enquiry requires responses, from emergency fixes/maintenance to routine rent payment issues, inspections etc etc

What's your definition of an AI OS?
AI OS seems to be the buzzword this quarter. Every creator describes them differently. In less than 15 words, what is your definition of an AI OS ? I am yet to dive into Nate's modules on it and come to a solid conclusion of what it is myself.

Why People With Half Your Skills Get All The Clients
I watch people with half my skills get all the clients. That used to make me angry. Now I know exactly why it happens. The question isn't skill. It's who knows you exist. Someone reached out recently. Two thousand cold emails. Near-zero conversions. Solid offer, real results, genuinely knew their stuff. But no content. No warm audience. No trust built before the ask. Cold outreach is fuel on a fire that isn't burning yet. The sequence that actually works: content first, warm audience second, outreach third. Most people start at step three and wonder why nothing converts. I went from zero to 110K followers in under a year. Zero paid ads. The people with half your skills aren't luckier. They're just visible. Where are you in that sequence right now?

Good point, though I think the problem is still 'skill', just not 'technical skill'. Those getting clients more easily, likely just have betters skills in other areas, be it content creation, business acumen etc.
