I’ve been enjoying the anxiety audio in the breakthrough program lately! It’s one of my go-to Hypnos when I need to melt away some anxiety I’ve been feeling. It helps ground me too when I couple it with some deep breathing exercises ☺️🙏🏻

Emotional release - Sandbags audio
Hey everyone, I just did the emotional release sandbags audio. It's really good for releasing emotional eating. I felt the sandbags fall off and I felt lighter. Great also for any emotional baggage yr carrying or limiting beliefs. Its short and sweet. It's in the Shred and Release program. Let me know what you thought.
