I had a dance lesson last night. The adjustment to the foxtrot hold helped me keep my elbow up the entire time for the rocker foxtrot. I’m working on your inside rocker edge pull warm up exercise and am having trouble on the last forward edge pull before the restart. I’d like to take a step back and was wondering if you are planning to eventually do a video on how to make forward edge pulls world class. My backward edge pulls feel great but I never felt stable enough on my blade going forward to really go for the rip.

Watched foxtrot hold video and going to make some adjustments on the foxtrot hold for rocker foxtrot to keep elbow up. Got the flu so hopefully later this week.
