👉 Daily Check-In. This is part of the journey.
This is where your daily check-ins happen. Every day you open the guide, come in here too. This is part of the journey, not optional. This is what people who follow through actually do. Each morning I'll post that day's check-in. Reply to it with this format. Keep it simple: 📍 Day: [what day you're on] 📍 How I'm feeling: [honest, not perfect] 📍 Today's rhythm: [prayer, scripture, workout, what I'm removing: done or not yet] 📍 What God showed me today: [one line, even if it's small] Something bigger happen? Here's where it goes: 🙌 A God moment you can't call coincidence → God Taps 🙏 Need prayer → Prayer Requests 🏆 Something to celebrate → Wins The people who check in every day are the ones who finish. And the ones who finish are the ones who change. Show up here the same way you show up in the guide.

Day 22. I see God’s hand at work. Thought came to me to do a Bible study by text with my wife and kids. It was just a passing thought recently. Asked our family text chain. One of my sons has two friends that are going to do it. Haven’t heard from my oldest yet, but He’ll likely do it. Talked to a coworker today and might do a separate one at work. I think God gave me a thought and it’s growing quickly. Normally it might have been the kind of thing that I forgot about. Praise God for this opportunity.
Think About What You Think About
I’ve been reflecting this week on what I think about, not only the words that I give life to but also the thoughts that I give life to. Of course, the Holy Spirit sees that desire in my heart and this was a reflection from the Bible app this week. I thought I’d share it with all of you, as I know we are getting to that point in this 30 days where it can be easy to give in and throw in the towel. There is so much reassurance and spiritual growth that our Lord has in store for us! Praying prayers of encouragement for each of you. 🤍

I do let myself believe false things about me. This got me thinking about something a little different. As I’ve shared before, I’ll let one negative thought snowball out of control. While reading and reflecting a Looney Tunes scene played in my head. How often did Yosemite Sam try blowing out a trail of gun powder, or the fuse on some dynamite. That’s me trying to stop negative thoughts when they get out of control.
Day 11
If someone asked you what are the three most important things in your life, what would you say? Those answers will show you where your priorities lie. Are you happy with the answer?

I’m content with my answer, but not always the order. For me I think the order changes. The three most important things to me are: God, my family, and my home. I don’t mean the physical house, it’s the safe place we have built. Depending on what’s going on, I tend to focus on one over another.
New here
Hi there! I've been a believer for a while. However, I've endured many health challenges along the way. I'm a two time Cancer survivor and know God is my rock. I moved last year and it's been a challenge to find a Christian church or place to call home. However, I've been dealing with another health challenge that is supposedly unoperable. I know God does miracles and I know he'll heal me as he's shown me. However, I'm getting to the point of exhaustion and lack of motivation. This new challenge has physically changed me and everything seems grey at times. I know I should have hope as my hope comes from God. I just feel a sense of constant grief. Grief of being who I used to be. While also feeling lack of motivation and feeling as though I'm always in a BATTLE. I'm tired of physical health battles. I'm also learning to fully love who I am in this moment. My emotions and mind just seem to be on over drive at times. I want to get back to disciplining the mind since it continously wants to bring me down. God's word sustains. I honestly haven't had the discipline to read or pray like I use too. The desire has dwindled. I feel like I've slowly retreated in my relationship with God. Last night, I attended an amazing women's Christian event. It was encouraging to spend my time in that way. However, I've realized I need to find a church home where prayer is the main focus. Sorry for the long rant. I'm happy to be a part of a community that feels a lot and is focused on making God #1 in their lives. I know a 3 day fast will get me back on track. I just hope I start and complete it.

Your post wasn’t a long rant, and please don’t be sorry for it. The challenges that you are bravely facing serve as testimony to the rest of us. Think of it as a battle you are leading others into. Your testimony leads us into battle with you. We may be on different battlefields, but the enemy is the same and so is the Commander in Chief. Praying that in times of grayness, God will paint the color back with His love.
Day 5 Complete
This one's pretty simple. We all can tend to think the grass is greener on the other side. We go through wanting something different than we have or living a life other than what we're living. What God reminded me of, today, is that the gifts he poured into us and the talents we innately possess are to be used and applied... not just observed. And, certainly not taken for granted. He also reminded me that every person has an anointing, a calling and an impact to make. There is something we are each great at, that we didn'tneed to learn. And, that we are better at it than most people. He gave us that gift to put to USE to make the impact we are called to make with it. And then, my spirit heard God say, "To whom much is given, much is required." Today's message was simple. Am I using the gifts he gave me, to the level at which he created me to use them?

Thank you for sharing this insight. I haven’t looked at the gifts God has given me from this perspective. I try to be thankful for the gifts I have been given, there is room for growth. Your comment leads me to pray for discernment to know what wisdom God has blessed me with, and to use it for His glory.
