How’s it going out there
How are you all doing this week? I don’t mind admitting I’m bloody exhausted! Mentally, physically, emotionally. Ready to clock off, but still a mountain of things to do. How are you all doing?

Oh ladies, there is so much going on isn’t there. 😳 Just when I thought I’d got a handle on things after a poorly partner last weekend, am nursing one of my lovely knees (goodness know what I’ve done) and on a bit of go slow getting around đŸ«Ł. Probably an over enthusiastic dog walk in new walking boots! However always believe in our bodies ability to heal itself if you give the right chance. We will all make it to Christmas in some shape or form đŸŽ…đŸ»â€ïž - love to you all xx
Christmas plans
Inspired by @Maria Bello talking about taking a step back to be with her daughter over Christmas ♄ What are everyone’s plans? 🎄 Are you hosting? Or going away? Are you looking forward to it?

Definitely looking forward to a break 🙂. Will be at my eldest sister's who's hosting eight of us - but I twist her arm along with her daughter to make sure we can help!. My OH has a new 3D printer and is making everyone little puzzles to put together - themed appropriately for each person đŸ€Ł . We always have some sort of game around the dining room table later on... I've come to recognise that the dining room table in that house holds a lot of lovely energy from when our parents were alive... we always migrated to that table. It's where most of our catching up as a family is done. ❀

@Hayley Partridge Absolutely! I love how you've reminded me of the variation of things that do get discussed/enjoyed/resolved/laughed at ... since childhood ... always round the dining table. It will be and I'm sure yours will be too đŸ€©
Ok, random share/ realisation from this week already

I’ve always had this belief that December is basically dead for selling. So normally, I just don’t release offers in December, because Christmas, because money, because everyone’s distracted and nobody has any time, blah blah blah. I’ve never really questioned it. It just felt true. Except
in the last four days I’ve signed two x high ticket 1:1 clients and completely sold out my 1:1 goal-setting days in January. Same work. Same offers. Same audience. Nothing fancy. The only difference is I didn’t automatically listen to that old story. It made me realise how sneaky limiting beliefs are. They don’t sound dramatic. They sound sensible, rational and justifiable,, like they’re helping you be “realistic”. So I’m curious, what belief might you be quietly working from right now? The kind you’ve never really challenged because it just feels like “that’s how it is”. What might it be subtly stopping you from doing? Anyway
turns out December didn’t get the memo 😅

Well done Hayley, that's great news! Yes our belief systems have a lot more influence over us than we often consciously realise đŸ€”
Tell me what’s happening
Hey 👋. I’ve been a bit quiet this week, sorry. With being away Monday and Tuesday on a 1:1 business retreat and then playing catch up with all my client appointments it’s been bonkers! What have you been up to this week and what are your weekend plans? I know @Kay Rowlands flies of to New York today, lucky duck. I’ll be seeing @Gemma Stone for dinner tomorrow 😊 and Sunday will be Christmas wrapping day (for the ones I have bought anyway đŸ«Ł. What about you? 🎄

Well (be prepared for a laugh, although I wasn’t laughing at the time 🙄) the week began with a completely blocked sink drain. That unexpectedly wrote Monday off đŸ«Ł, but I can’t praise my local plumber enough for his persistence and eventual success đŸ˜ŠđŸ„ł. Apart from that the rest of the week has been good, with part two of a shoot on Sunday đŸ‘ŒđŸ». My plans for next year are emerging and where I should be positioning myself. Your ‘ideal client’ prompts have been helpful @Hayley Partridge 😊, so thankyou.

@Hayley Partridge thank you! x
Are You Average?
It’s the last Friday of November, which means two things: 1. A lot of people are about to mentally check out until January. 2.
this is exactly why you shouldn’t. Before we head into December, I want us to take a minute and look at this past month with some honesty. How did November actually go for you? Not “fine.” Not “busy.” Not the polite, flippant answer. Did you show up the way you said you would? Did you follow through on the stuff that actually matters? Did you choose the uncomfortable thing over the easy thing? Or did you coast a little because you were tired, overwhelmed, or waiting for a magical burst of motivation that never arrived? A lot of people switch off now. They start telling themselves that nothing really happens in December, that business slows down, that it’s easier to just wait for a fresh start in January. The thing that I want you to know is that if you do what everyone else does, you won’t stand out, you’ll just be average and I don’t believe any of you want to be average. December is one twelfth of your year. You either let it drift
or you use it to set yourself up so January isn’t another restart, it’s a continuation. So today’s journal prompt is this: Are you about to tap out for the year
or commit to making the last 31 days count? What needs tightening? What needs finishing? What needs starting? What would “I didn’t waste the end of the year” look like for you? Even more importantly: What version of you do you want to walk into 2026 as, because that doesn’t magically appear on January 1st. You build her now. Pop your reflections below if you want to. Let’s finish this year intentionally, not accidentally. 👏

@Hayley Partridge yes, I saw an interesting post from Martin Lewis very recently about the financial pressure of Christmas and having to buy so many people gifts on the back of expectations to reciprocate to equal value - it doesn’t need to happen! Whoever thought up buying gifts for your teachers!! Without being a ‘bar humbug’ but he was right. However, your previous post about stepping up to your next level and what that looks like, instead of struggling where you are, is still running round my brain đŸ€”. Not negatively, I like the idea to explore 😊
