Group Coaching Mastery
Quick Reminder: Group Coaching Mastery
I honestly believe the coaches who learn how to facilitate transformational group experiences properly over the next few years are going to have a massive advantage. Not because ā€œgroup coaching is trending.ā€ But because the coaching industry is changing. Clients are craving: Community Shared growth Connection Accountability Collective momentum Support that feels less isolating than traditional 1:1 coaching And coaches are realising something too - There comes a point where repeating the same conversations over and over in private sessions becomes exhausting. You want to help more people. You want deeper impact. You want more leverage. You want scalable income without losing the human connection that makes coaching powerful in the first place. But here's the problem: Most coaches have never actually been trained to facilitate transformational groups. So what happens instead? Their ā€œgroup coachingā€ becomes: Teaching-heavy Passive Awkward Overcrowded with information Lacking depth and interaction Basically a webinar with breakout rooms Great group coaching is a completely different skill set. That's exactly why I created Group Coaching Mastery and we begin the week of May 18. This is an 8-week live experience where I'll teach you how to create group programs, masterminds, retreats, memberships and hybrid coaching experiences that are: Professionally facilitated Deeply engaging Structured for transformation Designed for real interaction and breakthroughs Scalable without becoming generic Inside we'll cover: Translating 1:1 coaching into groups Managing group dynamics and personalities Creating transformational exercises and experiences Building connection and accountability Structuring powerful sessions Facilitating meaningful conversations Designing your signature group offer Pricing and positioning your program Creating community-led transformation This is for you if: • You want to work with more people without burning out

A quick but important note for coaches working internationally
If you work with clients in the UK or Europe, collect client information online, run email lists, use intake forms, store coaching notes, or process personal data in any way, it’s worth exploring whether GDPR requirements apply to your business and whether you may need a UK or EU Representative. This is something many coaches completely overlook because they assume GDPR only applies to businesses physically located in Europe. That’s not necessarily the case. Depending on: • where your clients are located • whether you market to UK/EU audiences • the type of data you collect • the tools and platforms you use • whether you monitor behaviour online …you may have additional compliance obligations, even as a solo coach or small business owner. This is particularly important for coaches using: • online booking systems • CRMs • email marketing platforms • assessments or diagnostic tools • AI tools • client portals • coaching notes or recordings Please don’t panic or assume you’re doing something wrong. This is simply part of operating professionally in an increasingly global online business environment. It’s also important not to blindly copy what other coaches are doing. A lot of coaches have privacy policies and terms that are incomplete, outdated, or don’t actually match how they run their business. A few areas worth reviewing: āœ” Privacy Policy āœ” Terms & Conditions āœ” Data storage and retention āœ” Client consent processes āœ” AI usage disclosures āœ” Cookie policies āœ” International data transfers āœ” Whether a UK/EU Representative may be required This is not legal advice, and I strongly recommend speaking with a qualified privacy or GDPR professional who understands online coaching businesses. There are many online resources for this. I cannot legally recommend one or the other - BUT If you'd like me to run a session on this and/or invite a legal expert to come and chat with us about it, please comment below.

Happy Mother’s Day ā¤ļø
I am an adoptive mother to pets and to humans. I adopted my two daughters after my adoption social worker told me ā€œyou won’t get babies and you won’t get girlsā€. Little did she know I’m a master of mindset, manifestation and calling all my dreams into my life. šŸ˜‰ G was 18 months when she became part of my heart and S was 6 weeks old. They are full siblings, now 12 and 13 and they are both loudly whispering as they prepare breakfast in bed for me before S’s soccer game ā˜ŗļø (yes, I’m a soccer mum and proud team manager - my girl is captain). They are my heart ā¤ļø- after a long fertility journey I know that I was always destined to be their mother. And that even as a single, older parent my dreams would come true. Today let’s celebrate mothers in all their forms - mums, step mums, bonus mums, birth mums. grandmothers, aunts, sisters, friends, pet mums and mums in waiting. It’s a special, rewarding, challenging, frustrating, joyful and essential role we play raising kind, caring human beings who have their own unique place in the world. Hat tip and big hugs to you all. You’re doing brilliantly. Truly you are. (My VERY milky coffee just arrived šŸ˜‰ and I’m sipping enthusiastically) My fellow mums - what are you up to today?
