@Paulo Costa, The Roaster… Roast & Promote I don’t think this is another Offer Hypothesis about pricing. Or messaging. Or even your offers. Actually… the more I looked at your community, the less I thought you were building a promotion community at all. And I think that’s where this gets really interesting… ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What I think is actually happening 👀 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ At first glance, Roast & Promote looks like a place where people can promote themselves. And honestly, that alone is already useful. Most beginner builders are struggling with the same thing: They have a community, offer, post, ad, or idea… but not enough people are looking at it. So the obvious promise is: “Come here and get more visibility.” But I don’t think that’s the full thing. Because most promotion spaces have one massive problem: People drop links and leave. Nobody reads. Nobody cares. Nobody trusts anyone. It becomes a wall of noise. And that’s why I think your idea is stronger than a normal promo space. You’re not just giving people a place to promote. You’re creating a system where people earn visibility by being useful. That’s different. That’s the part I’d protect. Promotion through participation. That feels like the core of the whole thing. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The biggest bottleneck ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ I don’t think your biggest problem is that the offer has no value. The proof says otherwise. You already have: • 226 members • 14 Premium buyers from the old $2 plan • 2 VIP buyers from the old $19 plan • people joining with 0 members and getting their first 20 mostly from your community • a Premium member getting their first paid member from a CTA inside your community • a VIP saying a lot of communities promise visibility, but yours actually delivers it That is real momentum. So I would not rebuild the whole thing. The bottleneck is more subtle. I think people want the outcome…
