Very insightful take
A lot of people are talking about AI
My view is simple: AI by itself does not create wisdom. Experience does. Tools can move faster. But judgment still matters. I use AI through the lens of 40 years in business to evaluate opportunities, verify assumptions, organize information, and make better decisions . That is the difference for me. Not hype. Not noise. Not a shortcut. Just better thinking. My framework is: E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. Evaluate Verify Optimize Layer Utilize Translate Integrate Output Navigate AI is useful when it helps people think more clearly, work more intentionally, and make stronger decisions. That is how I see it. How are you using AI right now — for speed, clarity, decision-making, or growth?

Thank you for this it helps to put me in perspective
You Cannot Pour From an Empty Cup.
We live in a world that never switches off. Notifications, deadlines, demands — technology has blurred the line between business and life until there's almost nothing left in between. And most of us are running on empty because of it. But here's what I've come to believe — real leadership starts from within. Not with a bigger strategy or a better system. It starts with the small, quiet acts of taking care of yourself first. Rest. Move your body. Step away from the screen. Embrace the challenge in front of you instead of running from it. These aren't soft habits. They are the foundation of confidence, clarity, and the kind of presence that makes a real difference — in your business, your relationships, and the world around you. Small acts. Consistent choices. A better version of you — and a broader impact on everyone you touch. Aslam This week's reflection What is one small act of self-leadership you can commit to today? Drop it in the comments — let's hold each other to it.
