Hormozi Fan?
It´s Alex Hormozi birthday! And to celebrate I'm putting into practice what he teaches: AI can create slick content super fast, but what's the much harder task? Making sure that content still sounds like you in your own skin. If you´re a founder, coach, speaker, or other business person who seem to be their own info product, I have 6 slots open to try this system and see if it stands the test of taste. No cost. No catch. Only feedback from you. Do you have spoken content, (about 8–12 hours) you´d like to repurpose into posts that do not sound like Chat GPT, Claude, or any other LLM wrote them?

Question: About opportunities for humans
Hello, hello! Those of you with profitable companies that will hire/ are hiring: Which roles are you hiring/ contracting for that a person from a poor/ middle income country could fulfill? Given all that's happening with Earthquakes and the like, I wonder if there are spaces low skilled/ middle skilled people could still fulfill and from that build an Education product for them. 🤔
🤗 How can caring more than your client boost sales success?
In Alex Hormozi’s approach, it's clear that having genuine care for a client's needs over personal sales targets can lead to greater success. Reflect on this perspective and share how actively caring more about your clients than they do themselves could transform your sales approach. Remember to keep your response brief, between 25 to 100 words. Engage further by commenting on 2 other posts, and don’t forget to like 3 more that resonate with your views! I understand that Caring for the client's best interest than they do is a powerful strategy and client Centric Focus means that we are more likely to offer solutions that truly benefit them, leading to mutual growth and success over time. Now, according to Chat GPT these are 5 ways to operationalize this: - Conduct In-Depth Needs Analysis - Personalize Your Solutions - Follow Up with Value - Provide Ongoing Support and Education - Solicit and Act on Feedback

@Alexi Drouin I can't agree more. It seems like globally we're still in a stage were we think people must be born learned and there's still not enough room for a growth mindset inside some companies. That coupled with cultures were sadism is rampant, tank or at best don't allow them to become the mammoths they could, if better cultures where people lived and worked to see the other flourish, were normalized.

I ran into this Vusi video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFGhHBcn1gQ The signs that you´re scaling too fast could help us devise preventive strategies and a path to take if and when they happen: "This YouTube video from the VT MasterClass series discusses what to do when a business is scaling too fast. The video focuses on identifying telltale signs of overgrowth and strategies for managing this rapid expansion. The first telltale sign discussed is an acceleration in the number of customer complaints. A sudden spike in complaints indicates a potential problem with the business's systems and processes that needs to be addressed. Another crucial indicator of rapid growth is working capital problems. As businesses grow, their cash flow often lags behind their revenue, leading to a gap between income and expenses. This is due to the time lag between receiving orders, issuing invoices, and receiving payment from customers. The video stresses that while a business may appear to be doing well based on high turnover, it's essential to focus on actual cash flow, not just revenue. To combat this issue, businesses need to secure external funding sources, such as bank loans or fintech companies that offer forward lending. This allows businesses to receive immediate cash flow, covering the cost of fulfilling orders and staying afloat while waiting for customer payments. The video also highlights the importance of a skilled team capable of managing the complexities of rapid growth. This team needs to be able to model cash flow, understand financial cycles, and develop strategies for optimizing resources." Summarization made with TinaMind.
📍 How does location affect your business success?
Alex Hormozi’s experience with setting up a gym in a seemingly unfavorable location highlights the core concept of this video: overcoming perceived drawbacks through persuasive selling and vision. Reflect on Alex's scenario and share your thoughts on how location impacts business. What are the challenges, and how can they be turned into advantages? Provide brief insights, ranging from 25 to 100 words, engage by commenting on two peers' thoughts, and give a like to three comments that resonate or provide new perspectives. @Boniface G- Michael Appreciate this input and definitely! having the right set of skills makes anything less cumbersome and as you say: the thing is having them, which reminds me I need to read "Who not how"😵 ... Not to mention, how culture impacts what Alex says ... but with a growing middle class on almost all countries and generally big budgets in governments I bet there's always an angle to find in any expanding market.
