I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet ๐
I'm wondering who else out there might be a student of Dr.Joe? I have been doing his meditations daily for almost 2 years now and have been to 3 of his amazing events. Attending his events are what reminded me how powerful breathwork can be and inspired me to start following Brian & Breath Masters on Instagram. Brian's posts kind of blew me how they were so in alignment with the Dr.Joe work! The rest is history ๐ and I am currently in the January certification cohort. I'm very curious to know how you might be using or considering using Dr. Joe's work in your breath work coaching and vice-versa, as they are so very complementary.
My experience with breathwork yesterday came with a lot of crying. It was so intense it was funny. People invaded the room wanting to know what was going on. ๐๐๐๐ I was yet connected with all that is. What driving @Brian Kelly . You go for love, but you take the strength inside you to face the challenges and make you stronger. Let the challenges come. I'm not alone.โค๐งก๐๐๐๐๐ค I have the Power to pass all of the challenges. Thank you a lot of.
Thanks for sharing @Paulo Silva. It is good to know we are not alone. I did a couple of journeys this week that left me crying and frustrated for part of the following day. I was grateful for the release and tried to lean into the discomfort.
Hi, I just finished the first class of the 10 week program to earn my certification as a breathwork coach. After what I have seen so far, I am sure thT I have chosen the right path WITH the right organization! I am excited to be here with you all!
I have been making an effort to stick with it daily. There are some Buteyko breathing practices I do daily. I just finished a challenge and only missed 2 days, but after the challenge, I have found it hard to get back into it with everything else going on. How about you?
I realize that when doing the MB30 challenge that I am on automatic. I know I'm breathing, but I'm not centered. Do you believe that a bath beforehand can help? Or is the idea the same? Going on automatic until you reach a moment that will be impossible not to feel???
I think it is easier first thing in the morning before your brain is fully awake. I can focus at that time. Also keeping your focus on your breath helps.
