How much are the typical buyer/seller leads and how large of an area does it take to get the lead cost down? Is it realistic to be targeting 2-4 cities and get under $10 buyer/seller leads using fb in 2024?

Hey all, my understanding is that if I do the master domain setup like in the videos, the client sites would show something like "clientbizname.mydomainname.com". If my domain has "realtor leads" in it, would it be advantageous to purchase a second domain that is abbreviated so that the client's leads don't see that and get turned off? Or am I overthinking it/misunderstanding? Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, in the past I've used lead connector with a GHL account I created for my 9-5. I am building out a real estate agency now and Jason talks about using Twilio. My account is automatically hooked up to lead connector and I cannot get Twilio hooked up now. In an ideal world, I could just follow Jason's video with Twilio which makes it seem like the setup and the A2P Verification process are much more laid back and automated. Has anyone had this problem where they can only connect to lead connector? Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!
