In my journey, I’m trying to avoid TRT at this point, but I’ve had to go through a series of Peptides and Mentz to see whether or not it’s going to address my real issue, which is I’m under‑powered at the receptor level because too much T is bound up and the brain‑to‑testis loop has down‑shifted with age. My multi‑block plan is designed to wake up that loop first (GnRH → LH/FSH → testis), raise free T safely, and only then decide if true TRT is needed, so your body can finally adapt to training the way it should.
