@Bonez aka Clare Hello Clare I was wondering if you would be interested in taking the case on regarding Blackwater Law and Scottish Government re miscarriage of justice. If so would it be a no win no fee. What chance have I got of winning? I have sent through the months, loads of info. relating to the above matter to you. I have sent the chronology but haven't received anything back from you regarding this. SLLC and SCCRC seem to be in my opinion stringing this along. SLLC have sent me two emails in the past month stating someone had hacked their system, saying it will be back up and will hear from them on 6th November, bearing in mind the complaint went in the beginning of the year. SCCRC are sending me a monthly email. One of them said they are waiting on a report from the solicitor. My response was that the solicitor is being investigated by SLLC for not representing me properly. One just received on 16th October, regarding their latest meeting on 13th October states they are waiting for information from Police Scotland. It has been over a year since the case. Are they stalling it until the ban is up in January? Please advise. I know you are busy and taking cases on but this has been hanging on for long enough. Thanks.
