💛 Alright, let’s check in ! 👀💛
Thanks to everyone who jumped into the poll — even noticing your reaction is half the magic. So far, snapping/irritation and push through/ignore are leading the way, I will continue to monitor the poll over the coming week. These results are a familiar story.. Some of us go a bit spiky under stress — short fuse, sharp tone, everything feels loud. Not because we’re “angry people”, but because that response once helped us get space, be heard, or feel safe. Others go full autopilot — head down, keep going, feelings later (or never 😅). Often that started as being “the capable one” or learning early that stopping wasn’t an option. And here’s the important bit 👉 none of these are flaws. They’re habits your nervous system picked up a long time ago. This week isn’t about changing who you are or digging up everything at once. It’s more like getting curious: 🧐 Ohhh, so THIS is what I do when stress hits… interesting. If you picked unsure, that counts too. Awareness usually sneaks up after the reaction, not before. Next up, we’ll look at what actually helps each of these patterns in real life — small shifts, no pressure, nothing “woo”. For now, I’m curious 👇 When you notice your stress response, what’s the first thing you feel in your body? You’re doing better than you think 💛
