Hey - I'm alive. This weekend Polya and I got time on Thanksgiving to take a walk. I did take time with both kids separately (1 day with Julien and 1 day with Leo). Sorry for the lack of check ins. It was a wild weekend in other respects. Happy post Thanksgiving!

11/19/2025 - Sync with Polya (Confirmed weekend time with Mom to drop off kids) - Did a global entry application for me and Polya as part of discussion - for Leo and Julien, I took the queue of my time with Polya after getting distracted by the Global Entry application to make a schedule for tonight. Things go smoother with a schedule. I doubt we'll be able to stick the landing perfectly, but it's better when we're all on the same page (I even made a ChatGPT project file to make this easier every day) See attached here (example) for today. Now I just have to do my habit with them.

Habits 11/6 - Spent with with Leo (playing) - Read with Julien - daily discussion with Polya Habits 11/7 - Movie night with Kids - Scheduled time on Sunday for Mom & Dad (Grandma/Grandpa) to take kids and let us have some time together (shopping, but hey, it's time to decompress!)

Also, if you haven't already, and you have an iPhone, download the Skool app, so you can check in quick on your phone. Research shows that by Answering these 3 Questions: What, When, and Where For how you will take an action increases your chances of taking an action by 47% compared to someone who only makes a goal to achieve something. In that same research, individuals who checked in weekly with an Accountability Partner on their Who, What, and Where increased their odds of taking action by 91% compared to those who only made a goal. Therefore, every week I strongly encourage you to check-in as a way to both keep you accountable and for you to become aware of what you may or may not have been doing to keep that habit up.
