Whats people's price per square meter for cleaning a drive

So like you guys I’m looking at setting up an exterior cleaning services business. I’m looking to learn about ground work first then if all works out move into elevated services, roof and gutters. I’m a big believer in building trust and credibility through brand so this will be top of my list. What I’d like advice on is the following. 1. Van mounted or mobile? I’m leaning towards van mounted as it seems to be more manageable and tidy, whereas mobile needs a buffer tank which feels like a faff and adds extra setup time. What are your thoughts and advice? Also what models, specifications and accessories would you suggest and provider? 2. Van - purchase a used van or lease a new one? I’ve not done any detailed research yet but I reckon I’d need to outlay £10k for a decent used diesel van or lease a new EV for £6K for two years.
