I'm curious, if you had 30 minutes to work out, what would you choose? A) 2-mile light run + 1 mile fast run B) 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups, 100 jumping jacks C) Bike + core Comment A, B, or C—and why
Same for me @Brian Clark for the same reason - I need more time on the bike for a charity cycle in July - the Ring of Kerry in Ireland - amazing cycle !!! It's about 180km !! But also because the 1 mile fast run and the 100 pushups trigger some fear in me haha not sure how they would go - I'd need to work up to them !! 😀 what race are you working towards?
@Brian Clark sounds class, you be in some shape after that ... I've done triathlons and adventure races in the past and always felt amazing after them ... have you kids? how old are they? do you mind me asking?
