Plaud = The Device That's Changing Trade Shows
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆: Badge scans give you a name, email, and generic details. That tells you nothing: what they said, what they need, or how they feel. But things are changing. Let me introduce you to Plaud.ai. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘀 𝗜𝘁?: Plaud.ai is a wearable AI recording device that clips right to your lanyard, shirt, phone, etc. It records your conversations, syncs to your phone, and delivers a full transcript, speaker-labeled notes, and AI-generated action items automatically. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲?: No more scribbled notes. No more "I think he mentioned Q3." No more follow-up emails that sound like you forgot who you talked to. After the show, drop every conversation summary into ChatGPT or Claude and ask it to flag the hottest leads, identify the top pain points, and suggest one piece of content to send the whole list. What comes back is a sales intelligence report, a content strategy, and a follow-up plan. All in one shot. Your booth is the best focus group you'll never pay for. Plaud captures everything that focus group is telling you. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀?: 💲Hardware starts at $159 (one-time). 💲Service plan runs about $8.33/month billed annually. Worth every penny before your next show. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝘁: 1. Clip it to your lanyard, shirt, phone, etc 2. Tap once to record when someone walks up 3. Tap again when the conversation ends 4. Review transcripts and summaries in the app 5. Feed summaries into your AI tool for follow-up and analysis That's it. 10 minutes to learn. 30 seconds per conversation to operate. I called this out in my chapter in *AI in the Field* (co-written with Alicia Lyttle) and I'm calling it out again here. It's my #1 recommendation right now. What do you think about this technology on the show floor? How useful, or useless, do you see this being?

Are you not great at prompting AI... yet? 👇
You don't need to be with this FREE tool. How many times have you typed something vague into an AI chat, gotten a garbage answer, and then spent the next 20 minutes trying to fix it? Yeah. Me too. But, it wasn’t AI's fault. It was our first prompt. This free Chrome extension helps you nail it right out of the gate: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵. 5.0 stars on the Chrome Web Store. 30,000+ prompts already improved. And the free tier requires no credit card. How it works after downloaded: 1 - Type your rough idea in the chat prompt box. 2 - Click the purple diamond above it. 3 - Presto-magic: It turns your hot mess of a thought into a clean, structured prompt before you hit send. Marketing professionals are using it for things like: 💥Writing better briefs for ad copy and email campaigns 💥Getting cleaner outputs from AI tools the first time 💥Turning vague ideas into structured content requests 💥Building a private prompt library with reusable templates 💥Accessing a community library with // shortcuts It works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and more. No extra tabs. It lives right where you already type. Pricing: - Free: 10 prompt enhancements per week, forever - Pro: $4.99/month or $3.99/month billed annually - Lifetime Pro: $89 one-time payment To get it, go to: https://promptsloth.com/ 👇Have you ever wasted 20 minutes in an AI chat because your first prompt was off? Drop a comment below so I don't think I'm the only one who has done that. 😊

@Zdravka Kambourova have not tried Notion yet. How does it work comparative to a Claude Project?

@Zdravka Kambourova curious. I’ve been trying to make a tool for 3d makers in my Skool, for them to operate not as artists but manufacturers so to worry about lead times. Think it could work like that?

Hello 👋 Florida-based event and tradeshow designer with a side fabrication shop serving up custom design and 3D-printed solutions. Keep me in business! I'm stir-crazy wanting to buy a new a UV printer and need the work. Would help make great nameplates and custom table settings. I've been in tradeshows specifically since 2004 — designer, design manager, CAD products and detailing and the person who tends to get called when something needs to exist on a show floor and there's no time to spare. Custom design, graphics, 3D-printed solutions, fast turnaround. Available on retainer for the right people. 35 years in production design overall, still a Mac guy at heart, now running a small fleet of 3D printers that keeps me dangerous. Here to meet the people who make these shows happen, trade a few war stories, and see where good design is needed. I tend to listen more than I talk — until something interesting comes up. Always happy to connect.
