Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with Buildy. I tested it today by building a complete lead-generation website for a new business proposition targeting small taxi companies in the Netherlands. Starting mainly from a detailed prompt, Buildy created the website structure, copy, interactive business assessment, personalized results, lead capture and even a working Dutch conversational voice agent. What impressed me most is the speed from idea to working product. I have used tools such as GoHighLevel and separate AI voice/automation platforms, and although they are powerful, connecting everything can become complicated very quickly. With Buildy, I was able to focus much more on the business proposition and customer journey instead of spending most of my time configuring technology. The iterative building experience is also very strong. I could give Buildy specific business feedback such as changing assessment logic, making results more personalized, creating a persistent floating voice-demo CTA, or adjusting positioning, and it generally understood both the requested change and the reason behind it. A few areas where I believe Buildy could become significantly better: 1. Voice AI setup and troubleshooting My voice demo initially failed to connect. Eventually I discovered that I first needed to add voice credit. Once funded, it worked very well, but the error message did not explain the actual problem. Buildy should detect insufficient voice credit and clearly tell the user: “Your voice agent cannot start because there is no voice credit available.” This would have saved considerable troubleshooting time. 2. Better control over default email addresses Buildy currently defaults to hello@domain.com, and I understand this cannot easily be changed. For agencies and established brands, being able to choose addresses such as contact@, info@, or another custom mailbox would be valuable. Ideally this should be configurable per project/client. 3. Stronger image generation/selection

What I've built with Buildy in the last 2 days (following the 4-day-course) 1. Complete niche website for CJIQ Mobility (https://cjiqmobility.com) 2. A complete website specifically positioned for taxi and mobility companies — not a generic agency website. 3. Interactive Taxi Business Scan 4. A 9-question assessment that analyses a taxi company's current situation, including: - website - Google reviews - review process - direct customers - dependency on platforms/intermediaries - missed calls - lead follow-up - customer reactivation - biggest business challenge - AI-generated personalised scan results Instead of showing everyone the same generic result, Buildy uses the answers to generate a personalised assessment of the company. - AI-generated priorities for every prospect Based on the complete answer profile, the system determines the most relevant areas the company should focus on instead of trying to sell every CJIQ service to everyone. - Full scan data connected to the contact record All nine individual answers are stored with the prospect, together with company name, region, website, contact information, scan summary and derived priorities. - Dynamic AI-written email follow-up I built a 4-email sequence where the emails are generated individually based on that specific company's scan answers. It isn't simply {first_name} personalization — the actual business analysis and content changes depending on the answers. - Progressive 7-day follow-up strategy The four emails have completely different jobs: - Day 0: personal diagnosis - Day 2: where commercial opportunities may be left on the table - Day 4: where AI/automation can practically help - Day 7: Paul's conclusion + clear next step - Built-in safeguards against generic AI sales copy We specifically instructed the system not to manufacture problems, expose database fields, make unsupported claims or turn every weakness into a sales opportunity. If something is already working well, the AI should simply acknowledge that.

Would the taxi industry be a good niche to focus on? There are a lot of taxi companies in The Netherlands, often owner-operators, that either don’t have a website at all or have a very outdated one. They also often lack tools such as AI voice agents and reputation management systems. I’m a little hesitant, though, because margins in the taxi industry are generally quite low, which means I probably wouldn’t be able to charge very much for these services. Would it be possible to offer these services at a larger scale using Buildy AI and make up for the lower pricing through volume, while still building a profitable business? Please let me know your thoughts
