Working a few of the jab variations. I still think I stand too tall and need to keep reminding myself to sit lower bending my knees.

THURSDAY TRAINING
AFTERNOON team. Here is a bit of training for you all to do at home today. 3 x 3 minute rounds of shadow boxing 3 x 3 minute rounds skipping 3 x 10 boxers push ups (Tight elbows) 45 up and down sit ups with high hands 50 side to sides. LETS RIP! P:S Let me know how you feel after this one.

Skipping blew up shoulders and legs being a movement I have not trained in ages. Im adding more and more to my workout plan. Sweat fest by the end if the workout though. Really enjoyed it.

As you guys will have seen in module 1-4. We put heavy emphasis on your stance and your basic 1-2 (jab cross). Put together a short video of you executing the perfect jab cross, taking the steps with your punches - forward and back. PEACE AND WAR ⚔️🫡

I'm going to practice this a lot more. Also the back step feels super weird when I first tried it.

There are so many! The Jab and how versitile it is. Also I agree footwork but im only scratching the surface here. If i had to pick one though it has to be The High Guard. It's probably has amazed me the most on how hard I can be hit and it not "hurt".
