Why Smart Agencies Are Buying Templates for $47 (Then Selling for $4,700)
Got an interesting email last month: "Bought your contract processing template. Implemented for a client in 2 hours. They paid $4,700. Can I buy a bulk license?" This is exactly why I price templates at $47. THE MATH THAT MAKES SENSE: My template: $47 Agency setup time: 2 hours Their client price: $4,700 Client saves: $2,000/month in labor Everyone wins. WHAT'S IN A $47 TEMPLATE: - Complete workflow (tested on 50+ implementations) - Setup instructions (with screenshots) - Common edge cases handled - Error handling built in - Client documentation included THE AGENCY ARBITRAGE: They're not really selling my template. They're selling: - Discovery and consultation - Custom configuration - Integration with client systems - Training and handoff - Ongoing support My template just speeds up delivery. CURRENT TEMPLATE PERFORMANCE: - Contract Parser: 847 sold - Invoice Processor: 1,240 sold - Document Classifier: 623 sold - Multi-format Handler: 441 sold Assuming 50% implement for clients at average $3,000 = $3.9M in client value created. THE WIN-WIN-WIN: - I make $47 (profit margin: 100%) - Agency makes $4,653 (minus 2 hours) - Client saves $24,000/year - Everyone's happy THE LESSON: Stop hoarding knowledge. Package your repeatable solutions. Price them for volume. Let others do the selling. Your competition isn't agencies using your templates. It's agencies building from scratch. What solution have you rebuilt 10+ times that could become a template?

@Duy Bui Love this is- a win-win for everyone!
The most underrated part of outbound automation is that everyone tracks open emails, but nobody tracks rejections and that’s where the gold is.
Most teams automate outreach. Almost nobody automates learning. For me, the final step was feedback capture. Every rejection → tagged with a reason → fed back into the system. The result? The loop kept sharpening itself. ❌ Bad messaging got killed. ✅ Right ICP got doubled down. Over time, the workflow evolved into a self-learning loop, not just faster but smarter with every cycle. 📸 Screenshot shows how I tagged rejections + piped feedback directly in n8n. 👉 Be honest: do you track why people say “no”? Or just move on to the next lead?

@Vivek Basani a lot of marketeers could benefit from this.
Huge Delivery issue
I sent 1200 emails last week. More than 186 bounced back. It really hurts to see so many “Delivery Failed” messages. Confidence goes down fast. I learned one thing — finding emails is easy, but checking if they are correct is the hard part. Has anyone here faced this? How do you check your emails before sending?

@Mithun Sony email deliverability is an issues that has been around for 25+ years. Use a reputable email sender like Brevo, only use opted in emails and you’ll have a better chance of success. Don’t spam - no one likes spam!

@Mithun Sony Brevo is a very good email marketing platform- offering a useful free plan. It does not verify emails - but if you only work with opted in emails then you know they are correct anyway.
Stephen Covey might have written this in 1989 but it could have been written for you today…
Imagine you’re 19. You’ve just discovered AI automation. You’re excited, but also overwhelmed. Everywhere you look, someone’s posting about their “6-figure agency.” Meanwhile, you’re stuck tinkering with a landing page and wondering where the first client will come from. Here’s the thing: none of this is new. Decades ago, Stephen Covey wrote The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. It shaped business leaders around the world — and it’s still the blueprint for anyone trying to build something from nothing. Here’s how Covey’s 7 habits apply to you, the young founder: 1. Be Proactive. Stop waiting for the perfect tool or course. DM someone today. Send the email. Get moving. 2. Begin With the End in Mind. Do you want a small, lean side hustle… or an agency with a team? Get clear now. Your actions should match your destination. 3. Put First Things First. Logos don’t pay the bills. Clients do. Prioritise sales conversations over fiddling with your brand. 4. Think Win-Win. AI is exciting, but clients only care about results. Frame everything around their wins, not just yours. 5. Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood. On a call, talk less. Listen more. If you nail their pain, the solution sells itself. 6. Synergize. You don’t need to be a one-person army. Team up with devs, designers, marketers. Collaboration scales faster. 7. Sharpen the Saw. Stay curious. This space changes weekly. Keep learning or you’ll fall behind. If you’re struggling, remember: the most successful entrepreneurs weren’t born knowing it all. They just applied timeless habits — consistently. 👉 Which of these habits do you need to double down on right now?

@Mihai Paun love your choice. For me, it’s seek first to understand….applies to all aspects of life - listening is key. Especially true when trying to set up your own business - listen to your potential customers - they will tell you their problems and then you may be able to help them.

Newbie!
Hello I just joined this community. Will this course help me automate the work I do on a daily basis. For example if I work for a corporate company, can I use this course to automate my daily tasks. Most corporate firms have restricted access to AI tools, Hence the question.
