Who is God?
Who Is God? Flying gives me time to think uninterrupted. And the things that move through my mind are not “What’s for dinner?” When is the last time you had to identify yourself? What did you say? “I am…” “My name is…” Can someone know who you are without hearing your voice? Without touching you? Without you first identifying yourself? Have you ever met someone whose name you never knew, yet they left an imprint on your life? Did the absence of a name make the experience any less real? So… who is God? “I would love to meet God,” many say. “If I met God, I would…” others proclaim. But how would you know if you met God? What would stand out? How could God convince you? Would God need to give you a name? Would you need to touch God first? Would you want miracles? A halo? A robe of white? Would God float through the sky… or quietly walk beside you? Who is God? Black? Caucasian? Chocolate brown? Asian? Native? Alien? Wait… Aliens may or may not even have a color. God, if I were to meet You today, I would simply want You to feel my love without touch, hear compassion without my words, and witness kindness for no particular reason… just because. And if you were to meet God now, without a name tag attached, who would you be? Because perhaps God has already met you where you are, over and over again. The real question is not: “Have you met God?” The real question is: Did you recognize Him in the stranger, the child, the silence, the forgiveness, the breath, the moment you chose love instead of fear? Maybe God was never asking to be seen. Maybe God was asking to be reflected. And maybe every single day, through us, God introduces Himself again. - Nekesha Burrell

Love it!!!
✨ Soul Shift Saturday ✨ Theme: “Pause… You’re Not Who You Were.”
There’s a version of you that reacted faster…that took things personally…that needed to prove, explain, or defend. And then… there’s you now. The one who pauses. The one who observes. The one who feels… without immediately becoming the feeling. That shift? That space between trigger and response? That’s your power. Not perfection.Progression. Today, I want you to notice something simple: Before you respond to anything…a message, a thought, a feeling… 🛑 Pause. Ask yourself:“Is this the old version of me speaking…or the version I am becoming?” You don’t have to force a new identity. You just have to choose it… one moment at a time. 💭 Reflection Prompt:What did I handle differently this week… that the old me wouldn’t have? 🌿 Mini Practice (Stoplight Method):🔴 Stop – Notice the trigger🟡 Breathe – Feel it in your body🟢 Choose – Respond from awareness, not reaction ❤️ Reminder:What feels like rejection… is often protection. What feels like delay… is often alignment. And what feels like discomfort…is usually growth trying to introduce itself. ✨ Drop a “SHIFT” in the comments if you’re choosing the next version of you today.

I just have to remember to stop myself and pause. That is the hardest part!

@Chyrelle Degala Jesus died on the cross to show us that we can overcome anything in our lives no matter how bad the appearance may be. Jesus also transformed his death into a resurrection. Metaphysically, we too feel crucified in our lives, the two thieves alongside of Jesus, one represents living in the past the other thief represents living too much into the future. When we do either one of those we are not living in the present moment. The tomb of transformation is when we go within, and there might be darkness, and there might be an opportunity for us to reflect to overcome to heal, and in the darkness there is also light. I believe too many people get caught up in Jesus being crucified instead of what he accomplished after. He overcame the betrayal, the whippings all the judgment and criticisms that he received during his ministry. He made himself so much more from that experience I believe Jesus was crucified on the cross to show us a new way of living. I believe Jesus wants us to become more Christlike through our trials and tribulations and betrayals in our lives. We need not to stay on the cross. We need not live in the past we need not live in the future, but what we need to do is to embrace the present moment and become what we can. I hope this makes sense. I hope I have not offended you in anyway. I am an ordain Unity minister, and we believe in the metaphysics of the Bible the spirit of the word in the Bible there is so much more than words.

@Chyrelle Degala you are so welcome. Behold your divinity! See your self as divine , not a sinner. You are a child of God! You are worthy, a divine heir to the kingdom!!!!
How to define YOU in All Relationships ❓ ‼️
It was never about fixing others. It is rediscovering the version of you that got lost in the process. Please enjoy 😉 your week. #recording
