How to Magnify the Frequency of Gratitude To Bring in Greater Joy in 2026 I have been a mediator and student of HeartMath since 2006. I recently picked up the practice of journaling for my business and my own journey into Radiant Health and Wholeness. The power of meditation daily has transformed my life and I am excited to share with you below TWO TOOLS that you can use daily for the next 30 days to really bring in the NEW YEAR with the heart coherence of gratitude and appreciation. 👇 Drop one thing you’re grateful for in the comments. Let’s amplify it together. Gratitude is not just a feeling or energetic signature—it can be a vibrational signature to move and create from. When we nurture it daily, our nervous system begins to remember it …and eventually, our heart becomes a compass for an entirely new default setting of our life. Gratitude when practiced through heart coherence - can be a paradigm shift for our nervous system. The question is: How do we cultivate gratitude so it rises from thought… to deep feeling… to embodiment… to identity? The Answer: Practice Gratitude Through the Heart There are two simple practices that work together like musicians in a song - together they create harmonics greater than one practice alone. Enjoy using these 2 tools below! ❤️ PRACTICE #1 - Heart-Focused Breathing + The 5 Core Qualities of HeartMath Breathe slowly… deeper than usual… into the heart area. Place your right hand over your heart - so the palm of your hand is touching your heart behind your left breast. As you breath for a few minutes - begin to see LIGHT entering the heart like a warm glow moving in and out of your heart with each breath. (I have a guided meditation on this if you are interested!) Put a timer on for 10minutes and do this for 10 FULL MINUTES. As you breathe, choose one of the five core qualities of the heart: - Appreciation - Care (for Self) - Compassion - Forgiveness - Gratitude (with more specificity here) With every breath—invite that quality into your body. Let it fill your chest. Let it anchor in your heart with deep feeling and alignment in your heart and chest.
