Hey everyone! I am Patrick and live in Switzerland. I work in IT and I am a coffee lover that has always dreamt of owning his own coffee shop. For the time being I am just researching about how realistic such a dream could be. My dream coffee shop would be a place with a nice view to the mountains and a place where customers always feel welcome. I love talking and getting to know new people. I would also like to have a cozy place where people can have coffee and play some board games. I would live to own the kind of place that friends would like to have for get-togethers. The biggest concern that I have is finding the right place where there is enough foot traffic but where the rent is not too high. I am not yet from the coffee world, so I am very happy that such a community exists!!

Woooow Im so excited! When I started this community I knew there was a need for a place for us to gather and support each other to improve coffee around the world, one shop at the time. I will fulfil my promise to deliver the course in the next few weeks, and I am preparing some surprises and nice things to come. In the meantime I am super happy to see you here and hear what you would like to see!
