(HIRING) Claude Code Systems Engineer - NEEDED ASAP
I need a nerd... We’re a large and rapidly growing lead generation company scaling aggressive outbound and inbound operations across multiple verticals. Massive call volume, complex CRM workflows, automation infrastructure, AI integrations, and internal systems built to handle serious scale. Now we’re looking for someone deeply technical to help architect the next phase of the company. This role is heavily focused on AI development environments and agentic systems. We want someone who lives in tools like: - Claude Code - Codex - Hermes / Clawbot-style systems - AI agents and autonomous workflows - n8n and advanced automations - APIs, infrastructure, and system integrations You should understand how to actually implement these tools into real operational environments — not just experiment with them. We’re looking for someone who can: - Build production-ready internal AI systems - Connect AI agents into CRMs, dialers, support systems, and operations - Design workflows that automate real business processes - Improve team efficiency through tooling and infrastructure - Think like an engineer, operator, and systems architect - Rapidly prototype and deploy internal tools - Work directly alongside leadership on high-impact initiatives Bonus points if you’ve worked with: - Lead gen or call center systems - Large-scale automation infrastructure - Vector databases / RAG systems - Multi-agent workflows - VPS/server deployments - Internal tooling for sales or operations teams What this is NOT: - A freelance gig - A side project - A “build me a chatbot” role - A beginner AI position This is one of the most important seats in the company. You’ll be helping build and deploy the technical infrastructure behind a rapidly scaling operation while working directly with leadership on systems that affect the entire business. What you get: - 4-5 figure monthly compensation+ - Long-term opportunity - Direct ownership and influence - Ability to build at a very high level - Work on real systems handling real scale

Looking for a partner for AI first design-dev agency
I am a founder of an existing design agency and now I am looking to upgrade it to an AI first agency with complete product creation and marketing. Looking for someone who knows their AI game and is interested to be a 50-50 partner.

Hi Sanchit, this sounds interesting. Just sent you a DM.
Hiring Talent who is familiar with Voice Agent development
Role Overview We are seeking a Senior AI Voice Systems Engineer to design, build, and operate a real-time, AI-powered voice orchestration platform. This role sits at the intersection of: - AI/LLM orchestration - telephony systems - backend engineering - workflow automation - reliability engineering (SRE) You will be responsible for building and maintaining systems that manage live customer calls, perform real-time decisioning, and integrate AI agents with external services and human support teams. Key Responsibilities 🧠 AI Orchestration & Conversation Systems - Design and implement multi-step conversational flows using AI voice agents (e.g., Retell or similar platforms) - Structure and optimize system prompts and knowledge bases for performance and maintainability - Implement interrupt handling (e.g., “talk to human”) and dynamic routing during conversations - Ensure AI agents operate reliably under real-world conditions (latency, ambiguity, user interruptions) ⚙️ Backend & Orchestration Logic - Build and maintain orchestration services to manage call state, routing, and decision logic - Implement state management for real-time sessions (Redis, DB, or similar) - Design APIs for: authentication & verification routing decisions workflow triggers - Ensure clear separation between: AI layer (conversation) orchestration layer (decision-making) execution layer (workflows, integrations) ☎️ Telephony & Real-Time Systems - Integrate with telephony platforms (e.g., Jambonz, Twilio, SIP systems) - Handle: inbound/outbound call flows warm and cold transfers failure scenarios and retries - Optimize call latency and responsiveness 🔄 Workflow Automation & Integrations - Design and maintain n8n workflows (or similar tools) for: authentication fallback troubleshooting flows third-party integrations - Integrate with external services (APIs, CRMs, internal systems) - Ensure workflows are idempotent, traceable, and debuggable

@Anthony Nguyen good role spec. Worth considering one alternative: rather than hiring a single engineer for the full stack, run it as a managed delivery from a team that's already shipped exactly this architecture in production. We do this at Mattis. Voice agent + AI orchestration + telephony + workflow + observability, deployed under SRE discipline. Background is in mission-critical systems (defence, robotics, utilities) so the reliability piece is baked in rather than retrofitted. Two ways it works in practice: 1. We build and document, hand off to your in-house engineer when you find one 2. We stay on as the delivery partner with a defined SLA Probably not the right answer for everyone, but worth knowing the option exists. DM if useful.

How many AI deals have you said no to because you couldn't deliver?
I run a small technical team. We build voice agents, workflow automations, and AI systems. Over the last 6 months I noticed something. Agency owners keep coming to me with the same problem: they've sold an AI project (or they want to), but they don't have anyone who can actually build and support it. So they either turn the deal down, outsource to a freelancer and pray, or try to learn Vapi/Make/n8n themselves while running a business. We've started taking on agency partners where we handle the entire technical side under their brand. The agency keeps the client relationship, sets their own price, and gets the credit. We build it, test it, support it. What's included: - Live demo agent built in your client's vertical (48 hours from brief) - Fixed price, written scope, UAT sign-off. No surprises. - 2 to 4 weeks from SOW to live system - We help you scope and price your first 3 deals - Monthly support you can resell at markup for recurring revenue We're taking on 3 new partners this quarter. After that it's a waitlist. If you're an agency that sells (or wants to sell) AI/automation but doesn't have a build team, drop a comment or DM me and I'll show you a live demo.
